Seminar proposal for ProcessTeknik

Welcome to submit your seminar proposal for ProcessTeknik!

All exhibitors at ProcessTeknik 2024 are invited to submit program proposals for our two open stages: the Industry Stage and the AI Stage.

The Industry Stage
At the Industry Stage, we explore new solutions for the process industry and highlight the latest trends in energy, sustainability and digital innovation. The stage provides an excellent forum to show visitors how the industry addresses common challenges and turns them into business opportunities. Visitors are often interested to learn from successful customer case studies. Feel free to include your customer in the presentation to strengthen the credibility of your case.

The AI Stage
The AI Stage focuses on innovation in AI, digitalisation and cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial applications. You are invited to present and demonstrate examples of how AI can transform manufacturing and automation, and how the use of technologies such as machine learning and predictive analytics can create new business opportunities and optimise industrial processes through advanced insight and predictability.

Submit your proposal no later than June 14.

How to submit your proposal:

  • If you have not previously submitted a proposal to one of our fairs, you will need to register and create a new account (note that this is not the same login information as for Exhibitor Service Online).
  • Enter the proposal’s title and a program description, which should not exceed 800 characters.
  • Add the names, titles and contact details of the participating speakers. As time is limited, we recommend a maximum of three participants on stage, including any moderator.
  • You may log in to make additions or change your proposal as long as the registration is open.
  • The last day to submit proposals for the stage program is June 14. After the submission deadline we will let you know if we have been able to accept your proposal.

Practical information

  • The Industry Stage is located in hall D and the AI Stage in hall A. Both stages offer programs on all three days of the fair, 8–10 October.
  • Each program is 20 minutes.
  • The stage is equipped with standing tables and standard technical equipment, including a screen for presentations.
  • A technician will be on hand to assist during the program.
  • As an organizer, you are responsible for keeping the speakers informed about the set-up, times and all practical details. You would also cover their fees, hotel and travel costs.
